Just like a traditional doctor’s office, our medical team follows strict guidelines to make sure we only treat you when it's safe and appropriate to do so. It’s important that you answer our questions fully and truthfully. Before you take your medication it’s essential that you read the detailed information we provide about your treatment plan so that you can weigh the risks and benefits of the medication we’ve prescribed.

Most of our patients won’t need a video or phone call consultation. Some states have specific requirements for communicating with a doctor or nurse practitioner.  The method of communication may also be determined by what our medical team believes to be safe and appropriate for treatment.

It's important to tell all your healthcare providers about the medications you're taking, including any medications we prescribe.

Log into your Lemonaid Health account to email yourself a summary of the care we've provided. Give a copy to your other healthcare providers so that your health records are complete.
